How it works

Three steps. The estimate is free and in writing, and the price is fixed before work starts.

STEP 1 · FREE

Written estimate

Tell us what needs building or automating. Within 48 hours on business days you get a written answer: what it takes, what it will cost, and what we would not do. No call, no commitment.

STEP 2 · THE WORK

Fixed scope, fixed price

From €900 EUR
3–5 days

We agree the scope in writing and build it. Days, not months. The code goes to your repository with the documentation needed to run it.

Changes inside the agreed scope are included. New scope is quoted separately before we touch it.

You pay 30% to start and the rest on delivery.

STEP 3 · WHEN NEEDED

Maintenance

Someone who already knows your system and answers when it breaks. From €75/month, cancel with 30 days notice.

What we build

Four kinds of work. Most projects are one of them, some combine two.

EX-01

Web applications and sites

Customer-facing sites, internal tools, dashboards. Built to be handed over and maintained, not rebuilt in two years.

EX-02

Integrations

Your systems talking to each other: webshop to accounting, CRM to invoicing, orders to the warehouse. No more copying between tabs.

EX-03

Automation

The recurring manual job done by a scheduled service: reports assembled, documents read and filed, data checked and the odd one flagged.

EX-04

AI where it earns its place

Text that has to be read, sorted or drafted in volume. Used when it beats a plain rule, and we say so in the estimate when it does not.

S-003

Built and Running

One project in detail: what it reads, what it produces, and what it replaced.

C-002 · VERTICAL TOOL

Metsä

Finnish forest property valuation from open government data.

What it does

Reads 3 Finnish government APIs (property boundary, forest stands, timber prices) and turns a single property ID into an inventory summary and a rough valuation.

Outcome

A 30-minute manual lookup becomes a 10-second query. The same pattern fits any job that pulls several public registers together.

How We Work

The same rules at every step, written down so you can hold us to them.

01

Written first

Estimate, scope and status all arrive in writing. A call happens only if you ask for one.

02

Fixed scope, fixed price

What is in and what is out is agreed before we start. New scope is quoted before we touch it.

03

Your code, your accounts

Everything ships to your repository and runs on your accounts. Nothing here locks you to us.

04

The simplest thing that works

A plain rule beats a model when a plain rule is enough. We use AI where it earns its place and say where it does not.

FAQ

01 What do you actually build?
Web applications and sites, integrations between systems you already run, and automation of recurring manual work. AI goes in when it does the job better than a plain rule, and we say so in the estimate when it does not.
02 What happens after I send the form?
Within 48 hours on business days you get a written estimate: what it takes, what it costs, and what we would not do. If it is not a fit, we say so and stop there.
03 How long does it take?
Most of the work on this page is three to five working days once the scope is agreed. Bigger projects are cut into pieces of that size, each with its own price.
04 When do I pay?
30% when we agree the scope, the rest on delivery. Maintenance is invoiced monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
05 Who owns the code?
You do. It ships to your repository with the documentation needed to run it, and you can hand it to anyone else afterwards.
06 Where does my data live and who sees it?
On EU infrastructure, yours or ours as you prefer. We hold only the access the job needs, and it goes back to you when the work ends.
